The inspection was professionally performed from scheduling the appointment to receiving the report. The checks involved exceeded my expectations of a thorough valuation. I feel I got my money's worth. I appreciate my realtor for providing the referral and am happy to recommend to others.

I had NationSpec come out to my house and do an inspection prior to my new home warranty expiring. The attention to detail was tremendous and the report was so self-explanatory that all I had to do was merely submit it to the builder and they fixed everything in the report. This gave me a great deal of comfort. I would highly recommend NationSpec and in fact have referred them to many friends.

So you might be thinking, do I really need a home inspection? I mean…its new construction so what could possibly go wrong? Let me tell you, A LOT can go wrong. Always get an inspection! I interviewed about 20 different inspectors and ended up hiring NationSpec. Mike Catalfumo is extremely thorough and professional! In addition to being a home inspector he is also a licensed mold inspector. He did a fantastic job taking us through the inspection process. He inspected our home at each phase of the build. Even though this was a quality new built home, he found many things in need of repair that the builder quickly addressed. Had these issues gone unidentified it would have led to larger issues. The inspection reports were delivered in a timely manner and were easy to follow. I was a realtor for 12 years so I worked with a lot of inspectors in my career. We will be hiring NationSpec to do our warranty inspection to catch anything before the warranty expires. If you are in need of a home inspector or need a licensed mold assessment consultant, Mike with NationSpec is your guy!
